This directory is built by the people who use it. If a service is wrong, missing, or no longer operating, the most useful thing you can do is tell us. We will not publish your name without permission. Anonymous reports are welcome and useful.

What we do with submissions

We read every one. A volunteer reviews before adding to the directory.
We do not publish your name or contact info without explicit permission.
Urgent reports (a critical number stopped working, a service is turning people away) go to the top of the queue.
Translations contributed here may be used to improve the Spanish-language pages or to start a new language.
We may not be able to verify your submission immediately. We try.

What we store

When you submit this form, we store: what you wrote, the time you sent it, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) sees the request in transit. We do not run third-party analytics or trackers on this site.

We retain submissions only as long as needed to review and update the directory. We do not sell or share submissions. If you want yours deleted after we review it, email us with the approximate time you sent it. See the site-wide privacy policy and the KC directory About page for the longer version.
